It's all about value. Is there anything you have ever really bought strictly on price? Are patients really going to tell you why they aren't buying?
1-Redefine what a FULL examination is!
2- Find out before the exam what is most important to the patient about their teeth.
3-Base the diagnosis on what is most important to the patient as well as what is going on clinically and communicate that to the patient!
