It’s not a matter of saying “You don’t serve our vision, get out,” instead, you need to have THEM make the decision whether to stay or leave.

Here’s 3 STEPS to cut the bottom 20%

#1 – Have a clear vision of what your business looks like and set the expectations on the front-end so that there’s no surprises for the client.

#2 – Create a clear picture of what your ideal client looks like.

• What age?
• What sex?
• What occupation?
• What do they drive?
• Where do they recreate?
• Where do they live?
• How many kids do they have?
• Etc

Get as detailed as possible!

#3 – Communicate your vision openly, honestly, and consistently with your clients!
